JARILO LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates mobile applications available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our apps, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the app on behalf of someone under 13, you take responsibility for their use.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes. We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the apps.

3. In-App Purchases

Our apps offer optional in-app purchases. All transactions are processed by Apple or Google — we do not process payments directly or store any payment information.

All purchases are final. We do not issue refunds. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must contact Apple or Google directly, as refunds are governed entirely by their respective policies.

Purchased content and unlock status are tied to your device or your Apple Game Center / Google Play Games account. We are not responsible for loss of purchase status due to device changes, account issues, or data loss outside of our control.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools to gain an advantage
• Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of our apps
• Use our apps for any unlawful purpose

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of our apps is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JARILO LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our apps.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $5.00, whichever is greater.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in our apps — including but not limited to graphics, gameplay, puzzles, and code — is the property of JARILO LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our apps without our written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
