Jarilo

Jarilo is a small independent studio in Chicago that makes playful things. Some live on your phone, some live on your table — all of them are made to be picked up, fiddled with, and enjoyed a little every day.

We're fondest of the things that bring people together: a fridge door covered in magnet words, a puzzle compared over coffee, an evening spent outflanking your friends across a tabletop. The best screens and things, we think, are the ones you share.

As for the name — Jarilo is the Slavic god of spring, bringer of new growth and fresh starts. That felt right for a studio built around small daily beginnings: a new word each morning, a new intention each day, a new game on the table each night.
